Gym Management Program

GymMaster is a simple and easy to use management software for Gyms, Swimming Pools, Karate Schools and Dance Schools.

GymMaster is built to make it easy to manage members, trainers, process and track memberships, financials, and communicate with members at the right time.

Designed to fit gyms of all sizes, it has everything you need to organize your gym more efficiently.

With its purchase you get 1 year of free support and upgrades. Updates are made approximately 1 time per month and contain fixes as well as new features requested by other app owners.

From next year, renewal of support, upgrades and shipping to MyData are charged according to a price list that you can see in our Eshop.

There is also the possibility of renting it for two months and later if you want you can buy it.

Registration of Appearances

You can give plastic cards to your customers who will use them when entering and leaving the Gym for their automatic registration. This way you can know how many members as well as how much time each member uses the gym.

You have the possibility to enter subscriptions based on the presences such as e.g. 10 Reformer visits. The program tracks visits and notifies you and the customer when they come to an end.

Possibility of entry with Finger Print

GymMaster Web App

We have developed an application that allows you to view on the screen of your mobile phone or tablet what you need to know at any time about your gym.
It is hosted on our own server in the Cloud, to which the data of the GymMaster application is sent, encrypted, at regular intervals, so that it can be accessed from your mobile.

View Subscriptions, Collections or Expirations today or on any date you choose.

Search for your Customer details such as name, address, phone and email.

See what Subscriptions and Collections you have made from each.

Access can be made from any Smartphone or Tablet or computer.

It is hosted on our own server, has a cost of 100€ for installation and is then included in GymMaster's support

Integrated Desktop SMS and Mailato applications to send SMS and Email messages to those who are celebrating, expiring or for various Gym offers

Online Booking

It's an Android and IOS app as well as a web app that connects to your gym's GymMaster, and through it your members can view available classes and book them.

You can declare a maximum number of people in each section and notify when a reservation is made.

The customer sees in the application the details of his subscription, his balance, his attendances, the measurements and the sections he has booked.

The app is separate from GymMaster and comes with a 3-month, 6-month and annual subscription.

It is unique for each gym and has the logo and name of each gym.

Self-registration of members – GymMaster Registers

It is a web application, with which your members can register themselves in your gym.
It can be installed on a tablet/smartphone at your premises, which your customers can take and fill in the fields with their own details.
Once saved, you see the member's details within GymMaster.
The first page is about the member's details such as name, address, phone etc. and the 2nd page has their medical history.
At the end there is a field in which the member signs using his finger and "drawing" his signature.

GymMaster & Online Booking App

GymMaster & Online Booking App is an app that combines the two! It is available for Android and iOS mobiles through which you can view the details of your customers, see your cash register, see the expirations of your customers' subscriptions, see your receipts etc. but also for your members, see the available sections and book them.
Its cost is €100 and is paid once. Valid as long as you have an active GymMaster membership

Door Control Open Sesami

This is a serial (RS232) access control device that works with the GymMaster and your electric door or entrance bar or turnstile and allows them to be opened only when the customer has an active subscription.

Membership cards

We produce membership cards for businesses, gyms, clubs, tutorials, video clubs, etc. according to your needs and your personal taste.
Cards can be credit card or key ring sized.
