The process of installing and using the USB TOKEN device – Approved Signature Creation Device, requires time and specific steps.

One (1) year Technical Support, covers everything required for the Digital Signature to be correct and functional. Includes technical issues/solutions, new Updates, Program Installations, Timestamping, Drivers, etc.

Remote Installation – Initialization of the USB TOKEN digital signature, covers the initial installation of all necessary digital signature programs, the import of the APED certificates and the user's training in the use of the digital signature.

Steps to Obtain a Digital Signature

• Issuance of a Responsible Declaration for the issuance of a Digital Signature.
• Electronic Application for Digital Certificates through the APED application

1. Go to any KEP to approve a request for the issuance of a Digital Certificate. The EG employee completes the identification and registration of the request ("Completion of actions"). A message (SMS) is automatically sent to the interested party's mobile phone informing that the physical identification has been successfully completed. The application is automatically forwarded to the Registration Authority where the approval of the interested party's application is completed within a period of up to 30 days.
2. Once you receive your USB Token and the certificate issuance code via SMS, you inform us by sending the code you received via SMS and the remote installation code that was given to you upon purchase of the service.
